KNDU TV News - Taste Tri-Cities Magazine Debuts at Home and Garden Show

PASCO, Wash. -- Have you ever driven by a restaurant in the Tri-Cities and said, "I never knew that place existed"? The co-founders of a new magazine, "Taste Tri-Cities", are trying to make sure that doesn't happen anymore.
Becky Ferguson and Cory Wright have been working on the magazine since November and it debuted Friday at the Home and Garden Show at TRAC. They say their goal is to get some recognition for local "Mom and Pop" places who don't have the money to advertise like chain restaurants.
"I'm really excited to see it and flip through the pages", said Ferguson. "Also to see people's reactions to the magazine and to the stories".
The publication is a mix of general information, reviews, and stories about local restaurants, bars, and wineries.
The magazine's website went up in mid-January and already has more than 8,000 hits.
