The Epicurean Seeker from South Richland
Jackson's is fun place to have breakfast & lunch. They have a good selection of handles re: micro beers. The side room is great to watch several NfL football games at the same time and interact with fellow fans. Jackson's offers more diversity of breakfast entrees as compared to Kimo's. I also like the build your own Bloody Mary that is located next to the bar. For lunch, the food is good Mid-West Fare. Bring your appetite and you won't be disappointed.
